- GBP Reinstatement Services
Restoring access to your Google Business Profile depends on the type of suspension. Soft suspension means you have only lost access to the backend of your profile (the profile itself is still visible to your customers), and the hard suspension means that your account is deleted completely (the profile itself is lost and not visible to customers).
Recovering an account from soft suspension is generally less severe and takes less time than recovering an account from hard suspension. Hard suspension may require more documents, video submissions, and verifications as part of the GBP reinstatement process.
Documents required to be submitted along with the appeal for reinstatement of a Google Business Profile include:
- Official business registration
- Business license
- Tax certificated
- Utility bills for your business, such as electricity, phone, water, or internet
All the documents must match your business name and address, exactly as you have listed them on your Google Business Profile. Once you open the evidence form, you have 60 minutes to submit all the documents. If you fail to submit them within 60 minutes, they will not be attached to your appeal, so make sure to have everything prepared beforehand.
